I have won an auction but have decided I don’t want it anymore, how do I go about a refund?
When you sign up to DROPIT you agree to our Terms and Conditions. These state that if you win an auction you're legally required to pay for what you win. If you would like to learn how the app works without participating in a live auction please use the ‘Try It’ option in the top left-hand corner of the app.
What happens if I make a late payment?
We recommend that you make payment for your winnings straight away. Payments must be made on the same day of purchase of your awesome deal to avoid delays in shipping. Late payments can face delays and could come unavailable due to stock levels.
Can I receive my voucher via email?
Unfortunately, a large percentage of our DROPIT winnings are physical gift cards, therefore, we need a postal address.
When will my order be shipped?
The delivery time frame is advertised on each listing. Generally our shipping time frame is 3-5 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped after we have received payment and your address. However, for larger products this may take longer.
How can I track my winnings?
When your winning is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number on it. All orders are sent through CourierPost NZ.
What happens if there has been a delivery mishap to my order?

What happens if my order is incorrect?

Can my address be a PO Box?
We are unable to post to a PO Box as the Courier requires a signature.
Can my winnings be shipped to a rural address?
Unfortunately at this stage we don’t ship to rural addresses or Waiheke Island.
How much is postage?
With DROPIT postage is FREE! That’s right! FREE. We don’t charge any shipping costs of any of the items up for grabs.
How do I make a manual payment?
Make payment steps:
1. Open the DROPIT app
2. Click on the 'head' icon in the top right-hand corner
3. Go to BANK, then ITEMS WON
4. Click MAKE PAYMENT button below the auction you wish to pay for
How can I learn how to play DROPIT without winning something?
There is a ‘Try It’ option in the top left-hand corner of the app.
What are Bonus Bucks?
Bonus bucks are DROPIT dollars. By holding down the ‘IN’ button while live auctions are running you can accumulate Bonus Bucks. Bonus Bucks is an in app currency and does not equal any amount of NZ currency. Bonus Bucks can be used on Bonus Bucks auctions ONLY. Check the DROPIT app to see when the next Bonus Bucks auction is. Please note Bonus Bucks expire at the end of each calendar month.
